Time tracking software recommendations

Hey everyone! I'm a VA working with multiple clients, and since I’m paid hourly and don't have a provided time tracking tool, I’m looking to step things up and find a time tracking software that has payroll integration or features for easy invoicing. Bonus points if the tool is free or has pricing plans that are reasonable for a freelancer.

Any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your input!
