20-second delay between pressing the power button and BIOS screen

When I press the power button, the lights turn on and fans start spinning, but it takes 20 seconds for the BIOS screen to actually show up and start the booting process, which goes normally. Fast boot is enabled, I have a SATA SSD, and I don't have XMP enabled. Specs are:
