Do most people with a college degree have the potential to earn $200k+ after a number of years?

It seems that on this site, most tend to be doing quite well for themselves, with many making $200k or much more in their late 20s/early 30s. Do you think that most people with a bachelors degree can make reach $200k a year at some point? If so, why does such a small portion of the country make that individually? Is the key primarily to major in STEM, live in VHCOL, and job hop every couple of years?
