My cat has grown annoyed by me

This is a first for me. Ive had cats all my life and always managed to bond with all of them. This one now is a year and a half old and i found her in the trash when she was just a tiny little baby.

Every day, it seems that we are growing further apart rather than bonding and idk what im doing wrong. She doesnt even want me to pet her any more and she bites and scratches me all the time.

I do everything to go with her flow, i feed her whenever she asks, i try to pet her ultra gently so that she doesnt get triggered and i play with her no matter how rough she gets with me and starts biting me. After a few moments, she gets annoyed with me no matter what.

Has anyone managed to fix that kind of situation with an adult cat? Could it get better with age?

I have tamed feral adult cats etc. , but this case is so weird to me. I made progress and then suddenly lost all of it.
