Is this a good PC deal?

Hello everyone! I recently found a PC deal on FB Marketplace for 1600$ CAD. The specs are: - GPU: 4070 TI SUPER - CPU: I7-14700K - RAM: 32GB - STORAGE: 1TB SSD

These are all the specs that are posted. I am just wondering if this is a normal price for such specs? I am a bit nervous to buy it, feeling like it might be too good to be true. It’s my first time buying a used PC as well! Cheers!
