Spoiler rule reminder: no spoilers in titles or pictures

Just putting this up as we've had to remove a few posts as mods. I appreciate not all races had an entirely surprising result, but there might still be people wanting to catch up without knowing the full podiums (plus we should uphold the rule in principle in case there are more surprising results in the future, so users can know we do apply the rules consistently).

I can't talk for the other mods, but perhaps adding a time limit to the 'no spoilers' rule, 24 hours or 18 hours (like on r/peloton?) might be a good addition, if people agree?
