Dating my EMS partner?

Hola, so my EMS partner and I have a great relationship and we’ve been veeerrrryyyyy flirty with each other. I really like him and he likes me so I imagine we’d have a good chance. However, I work 48 hour shifts with him and I need my schedule to stay the same so I do worry about it. Any advice?
