Im 47kg trying to lose weight/fat before Christmas 2024

I’m 47kg and 4’11 height.

I want to lose weight and fat before Christmas, so I started a calorie deficit on November 30. It’s been 1 week and 1 day now, but it feels like nothing is changing. In fact, I feel like I’m getting even bigger.

I’m weighing my food properly and using a digital weighing scale. I also have a MyFitnessPal premium subscription to track everything. On top of that, I’ve been doing the treadmill for 1 hour, but only for 2 days during the first week.

What are your thoughts? Should I continue with the calorie deficit, or should I switch to OMAD instead? 😭
