Curious how much yall get paid?

So obviously a pretty personal question but I’ve seen a few comments and feel like EVERYONE IS MAKING MORE THAN ME😭 i just turned 16, been working as a dishie since September 2023 at the same place with no raises. I make $12/hr. Is it time to find a new job😭
