GAWAD LASALYANO

hi! graduating student here! am i eligible for gawad lasalyano award if i won a bronze medal in a group sports competition (National Level) along with others students from lasalle school? (example team competition comprising of 1 student from csb, 1 from zobel, and 1 (me) from dlsu?)

kinda confused how gawad lasalyano works, but i really want to be recognized for my hardwork tho
