far from the tree advice?

Hi minor spoilers ahead but I was interested in Far from the tree by aideomai since I loved all of their other works but I read somewhere that there was mpreg? No hate but it's just not my thing and I was wondering if that's the case or if I just misunderstood something? Could anyone please let me know? Thanks!!
