What a nightmare!
Found awesome deal at Sikeston MO Lowe’s. Ordered online, said it was ready, drove 1.5 hours to get it. Fought with them about loading it in the truck. Spent 2 hours waiting because it wasn’t ready. I had to tell them it was supposed to come with 4 batteries and a charger. Finally found 3 of the batteries, they are sending me a 4th. Had it noted on the receipt. The mower was stored outside. It’s slightly beat up, really sun faded, luckily no water in the LCD like I have read.
Still excited for the unit. Everything appears to work. I’ve seen some getting a decent discount, brought up the pretty bad experience to the manager before I left and they wouldn’t budge.
Is it even worth bringing up to corporate tomorrow? I know I still left with the unit. Hope my long term experience is good. Definitely registering the warranty tomorrow!
