I'm probably retarded

Could someone please explain to me how to get the "Equestria at peace" award? I've tried all possible paths for Celestial Resistance but for some reason I can't get it. And if you're asking, yes, I play without any other mods. If someone could tell me how to get the award, I'd be really grateful.
