Why can’t I see the option to make an anonymous post in any group I’m in, even though they’re definitely enabled in said groups?

I don’t have the option to make an anonymous post in any group I’m in. These are groups where other people are constantly doing it, so it’s definitely enabled; it’s just not an option for me either in the iPhone app or on my computer. Any suggestions as to what this might be?
