15fps on lowest possible settings? (GTX 1060)
EDIT: Changed my nvidia scaling settings to "fullscreen" and "scaling gpu" which allowed me to play 1080p at 60fps. Also couldn't get my steam version to work so I got FO London repack from a certain fitgirl online... worked much better. Game still crashes every 3hrs or so and my scaling setting reset randomly, and yet.. "it just works"
I'm running London on lowest possible settings, and somehow getting awful performance. I used the ini config mod included to tweak everything, but memory/gpu/cpu is always 100%. I tried playing windowed at 1980x1020. (My monitor is 3840×2160, borderless maximized way overstretches?) but it's always chugging.
One theory is that the inumhwthreads in the ini tweaker says "your machine has 0 cores" below it, which I have 6 as per my task manager. Yes, my machine is old but I'm definitely missing something here. Any help would be appreciated!
