Is ETN a sell-high?

This is my first year doing fantasy so this could be just a bad take, but past three weeks he has had all multi-TD games. I don’t see ETN as a bad option rest of season, but I can’t imagine he’s going to consistently put up the numbers he has put up lately. I’m obviously not upset with ETN on my team because of the monster performances he’s already had, and I imagine he’ll still be solid going forward, but is there a window to sell him high right now and get an elite level player in return?
