Is it time to give up on Keenan Allen?

Outside of full PPR, it seems Keenan doesn’t hold much value. He has to compete with DJ Moore, Rome Odunze, and Kmet for targets (even swift too), and it doesn’t appear Chicago’s offense is capable of feeding that many mouths. With DJ being the WR1 and Rome being the deep threat, I just don’t see a scenario where Keenan’s ceiling is worth his floor…

We are entering week 5 and he hasn’t come close to being startable thus far. Are you holding onto him or is it time to cut bait to stash someone with more upside? What have people done in your leagues?
