HELPP

Hi po, i answered the form sa site, submitted all requirements, and payed po sa dragonpay. i already sent the proof of payment sa tamaraws website. DI PO AKO MAKAPAG BOOK SA SITE NG FEU, nakalagay lang po “to book an exam, you must make a payment first” pero nakapag bayad naman na po ako. if ever po could i just go to feu bukas and show the payment via screenshot ng dragon pay? or does anyone know how to solve this. i did it kanina pang 4pm now its 9pm and i still cant book an exam. help me plsss vukas napo yung exam🥲
