Anyone recommend the best company in South Florida for pest control?

I have a rat infestation at my mom's attice. The home is very old and there is water damage and holes in the ceiling.

Do you recommend any affordable companies that can help seal the entry points and capture the rats up there? I am very afraid of going up there and looking at the damage but I reckon there's a good 20+ rats or mice up there. Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so, how much did it end up costing?
