Can't find Enclave Lab Shelter.....??

So, like the title says I can't find it in my Workshop menu, even though I've bought the Enclave Armory bundle and it does say purchased in the PS store. When I look in the Workshop building menu, the Armor bench menu and the Power Armor bench menu, everything is there that came in the bundle except for the Enclave Lab Shelter. Also I'm on PS5 and in Canada, has anyone else in the region have the same or similar issue with the Enclave Armory bundle?? Or did they just place it somewhere else within the Workshop building menu that I'm just missing??
