‘Fergie Time’

I think I’ve heard the phrase Fergie Time about six times in the post-match interviews and discussion. Surely a goal in the third minute of three added on is within the allotted time - I was under the impression that Fergie Time was time beyond what was added on? Can anyone offer clarification?
