Is Capture One still much better than LRC?

I just bought my first Fujifilm camera. I have used Canon and LRC + Photoshop for editing. I see a few reviews saying that Adobe doesn’t handle Fuji files very well, but a lot of these reviews are a bit older (3-5 years).

Is Capture One still a lot better for Fujifilm files? And what about heavy editing like denoise and object removal that I normally do in Photoshop? I don’t do heavy editing very often, but like to have the possibility some times.
