How to deal with loneliness when u r sick

Down with fever, 102F . Dengue test report pending.can barely sleep due to the body aches. It's the only time I regret being single. Khud hi khana bnao. Khud hi dwai lo. I am sure others also feel like this. How do u cope up ?
