Should we try to warn the soon-to-be victims that we see talking to those "bar girls" in Hoàn Kiếm?

By now probably everyone on Reddit knows about those "bar girls" aka "chim mồi" that are hired by bars who make catfish accounts on Tinder etc to lure customers over for an overpriced drink, disguised as a date, often trapping tourists with a bill of several million.

I often see solo foreign guys standing around with an overly dolled-up girl, both speaking into their phone's translation app, and the girl suggesting to "đi uống"

I mean, whatever the intention of the guys, those bars are clearly a long-running scam operation. Should we try to warn the victims somehow?

And I mean, the bars don't even need to overcharge or behave in such a blatantly underhanded and predatory way: The girls can simply say "I am employed by the bar. I can only meet you here" and charge a normal price for the drinks and everything would be fine: The customers may actually want to visit again instead of getting cut open like that goose with golden eggs and never coming back, or further tarnishing the reputation of that neighborhood as a hotbed for scams.
