UPDATE!

As many of you suggested to go pick it up myself, I just did that. The headphone zone and bluedart keep telling me I'll receive by today. But I know if I wait for them to deliver I'll never received it. All nothing but fake promises. When I reached the office, my order was buried deep within. After handing them cash the guy couldn't even count it properly, I kid you not he had to count it 6 times over to get it right (the level of incompetence is insane).

Anyways finally got it after 7 days of delay and headache. About the IEM, they sound amazing. As this is my first IEM I don't have anything else to compare it to, but I can tell you this, when I returned home and started jamming to my favourite songs, it sounded so good that it almost made me forget about all the trouble I went through. It's almost seem worth all the trouble. But yeah bad service is bad service regardless. Needless to say I won't even be using their service again.
