The wolf statue seems important, perhaps it could be a clue to fatigue's death.
observing the entire scene, the majority of the gore is on the floor (where fatigue is), the chadelier (which somehow fell over), and very specifically (with great detail) on the wolf's muzzle/neck/front paws.
we know The great and mighty Kevin said that the ghoul was someone from the chapter house, and not mystery person X, or an animal, or a plant; but if there is a second enemy, it is possible that the wolf statue might be our mystery being that killed Fatigue (or at least a clue to it).
Spit is covered in blood as if it was sprayed onto him (somewhat even with no heavy dripping spots), and Giles is in the room behind the bear, not really sure what happened.
if we look at where everyone was at the time of Fatigue's murder; The Golden Goose Gang and Elise were saving Grimal and the Bergamot from Blacklaw and Slackjaw, while Dr.Waters, harry, and Wilde were tending to Occam's injuries, and fatigue was at the pub with Simon and Giles.
None of the previously mentioned characters (besides Simon and Fatigue) had any blood on them, and judging by the lacerations on Fatigue's torso, he was torn to shreds by physical force, rather than blood magic (like blood boil).
out of everything in that room, the only things that seem to have made physical contact with Fatigue are the furniture his entrails/limbs were tossed at, , the deer bust from which entrails hang (i doubt it was the head of a deer that did it), and the wolf statue.
i can't help but think the wolf is extremely important... I mean, why put such detail on it if it wasn't? is it another red herring? Alfabusa doesn't seem like he adds detail to things for no reason.
Looking closer at fatigue, his head was ripped off, his jaw was torn off his head, his arms were torn off, his torso was clawed, and his top half was torn from his lower half (i say torn because part of his spine is sticking out, rather than being flush with the body as if it were cut).
Whatever it was that did this to fatigue, it was angry and spiteful. this wasn't a self defense killing, this was an F you in particular killing.
