Am i in trouble?

I am currently using my iPhone 13 pro (84BH) which i bought from a seller in fb marketplace. I got it for 41k which i think is a pretty good deal. At the time of purchase he said that its display was replace due a post update issue. He said that was done in an apple care store and also send me the bill. Also i checked the replaced parts history in my settings and it shows genuine display and all. The thing is that yesterday i kind of took it underwater to take some vids and photos. My friends told me that the water seal might be removed when they change the display. Phone is perfectly working now but i am slightly worried if water went inside the phone. Does changing display affect water resistance of the phone?
