Suggestions for first iems!!!!!!!

I want suggestions for buying my first ever iems, i dont know much about them. And i also want to know if buying an audio convertor necessary for an iem. My budget is 2-3k indian ruppees i.e. 25-35 dollars ig PS- i have a only type-c port phone so if there are iems which dont require an earphone jack you can suggest those also
