Mechanism of intermittent fasting!
Hello fasters!
I assume this question has been asked before, but I just cannot find satisfactory answer.
Is the only reason intermittent fasting works the fact that we decrease our calorie intake?
If I needed exactly 2000 calories to maintain my weight, and I ate exactly 2000 calories every day between 7 and 8 pm, would I lose any weight? Or is it all about the number of calories and my 23 hour daily fasts wouldn't make any difference?
