How fast does Germany die in your games?

Ever since I started playing Kaiserredux Germany has hardly ever won in my games. In my last two games especially, I played Mongolia and Transamur, both against Russia. Yet still the 3I had reached Berlin by late 1940. Both games Germany still retained Belgium, Netherlands didn't join 3I, and Spainish War was still going. I was distracting half of Russia's army too ofc in Siberia.

With all that I surely expected the Reichspakt to hold out at least somewhat? But no, they got completely destroyed.

Sometimes I really want Germany to win but it everytime they seem to get crushed unless I'm a proper power directly intervening in the war
