Everyone is trying to buy my car

I have a 2016 Kia Forte that I dud not take good care of. Didn't change the oil for 5 years, felt like the engine nearly seized on my way home one night. Ended up buying a new car.

It's been sitting in my driveway for 2 years and looks like it. Weird thing is, if I have installers over they all try to buy it. Weirder still is I've gotten 3 random people knick on my door asking if it's for sale.

Just wondering what us going on. Am I sitting on some goldmine I don't know about?
