Blade HQ Shipping after holidays

So I placed my first order at Blade HQ on the 19th, 10 days later still not shipped. I know with Christmas and new years it would probably be delayed so not really upset but how long until I should switch from being patient to worrying lol? Tried contacting support via email but no response yet.
