Help!

I've completed all other planets and did Nar Shadaa last, I finished the conversation with the GOTO droid and got off for the day. I came back today to find my character almost fully reset to beginning but I was still exactly where I was in the story, my character profile and name has completely switched genders, but Atton still has everything I gave him. I am also completely stuck on the Ebon Hawk and my map says "Untitled" and shows me nothing of the map. It doesn't give me the option to leave the Ebon Hawk if I approach the docking ramp. Help!
