Personal success with drop sets and long-length partials
For the last 3 months I've been doing drop sets combined long-length partials for my lateral delts and they've blown up pretty quickly. I'll do 2 normal sets of cable lateral raises close to failure with some partials squeezed in at the end of each. Then on the third I'll do dropset with partials after I fail on each weight.
Personally for me, I've seen great results pretty quickly. I thought it could just be cause I barely train my lateral delts or something but I don't think I've neglected them at all. I've also applied this to my tricep rope push downs and they've also seen a lot of progress.
Has anyone else had anything similar if they've experimented with long-length partials? Tell me in the comments
