I think the concept of "full-service" is dead

I run a small agency with a handfull of people and a few freelancer and recently I restructured my whole business model. The last years I claimed myself to be a "full-service agency". Not that I only have one or two clients who really wanted the full service package, I noticed that I'm only doing a small part of my services most of the time anyways. That's why I decided to remove all other services and I now just focus on the things I can do best. Of course I will continue the work for my current customers.

This was with the beginning of 2024 and you know what? I did never better!

My observation is, that most customers nowadays do exactly know what they want. For example they want content for their social media. Or ads on Google. I don't want to say it's good or recommended what they want but I stopped arguing a long time ago. Everyone nowadays thinks, that he's a professional. And that's the next big problem: There are to many self-taught wannabe marketeers destroying the market with cheap prices and low quality.

What's your opinion?
