Does solo queue get worse after plat?

So plat is a pure toss up, people got here because of their chrono shields and I understand that much but I’m mainly asking people solo queuing who are in diamond and GM. Do your teammates become more consistent. I just had an Adam warlock with a lord icon run out of my Luna ult straight into the enemy teams ankh to fight a wolverine and obviously get obliterated. I know lord icons don’t mean anything and anyone can get them but jesus man. I had more 2-2-2 comps throughout my entire climb until now yet for some reason these dudes die once and switch off their tank immediately so we got 3-3 dps heals on payload. I have no problem with different comps with exceptions but these people were acting like real robots I’m not sure if it was rage queueing or what. No one made any effort to figure out a comp outside of me. Not to mention a teammate leaving during first half and then getting the full points loss after having to go the whole second half 5v6 is wild. I’m ranting but I genuinely lock in when I get on the game and am constantly making efforts to improve and I am even noticing proper execution on a lot of my timings and when I pop ults has improved massively. I know solo is a toss up but I am just hoping that grinding through platinum(plastic) will pay off with a little bit more consistency from my teammates.
