A key distinction I think people are missing with the character [spoiler] at OsCorp

The new Dr. Connors works in the energy division, not bioengineering. I don't think she will be the Lizard if they do in fact so a heel turn for this variant.

Instead, I believe they are setting up that she will either create Electro or become a different version of the villain herself.
