Pregnancy during residency: how to identify supportive residencies

Hi all 30 y/o MS4 female applying IM interviewing at several academic IM programs hoping to get pregnant during training.

Most say they have parental leave, maybe mention a few residents who are parents, however not quite sure the best way to evaluate if a residency is truly supportive of residents who are pregnant.

Should I be looking at health insurance details? City-specific childcare availability?

For those who have or are going through residency while pregnant, is there anything you you wish you asked or looked into while going through interview process?
