58-year-old woman comes in with burning chest pain, not exertional at onset, for a few hours.

She was sunburned from being outside all day.

First trop was normal.

EKG was read as “normal sinus rhythm”.

Nitro didn’t help.

Discharged home.

Collapses at home the next morning, V fib arrest, cath shows RCA lesion, but she dies shortly after.

Doc settles the lawsuit.
