Morello rush

Just wanted to bring up some items testing results with Morello rush on support. Previously was rushing storm surge prior to the nerfs and wanted to see how each item rush felt.

None of the other items have the same power spike storm surge did on 14.1 but Morellos imo is the current strongest from a tempo perspective.

When compared to the most purchased first item rush (rocket belt) you get a much earlier first item spike (lower gold cost), same total AP as current storm surge, and a extremely consistent source of extra value from the heal cut. When comparing the heal cut to other items I found it out performed nearly all off them in most matchups and situations.

A downside to this build is the lack of hextech alternator in the build path. The second and bigger issue is some games you need rocket belt to reach the backline. That's not to say you can't get Morello second but the main strength of getting a high tempo item first is to snowball a lead. As support your second items are usually slower to come online which negates most tempo potential. Meanwhile rocket belt still provides it's value as a second item in situations that allow you to get it second.

With all that said if you find you don't need to rush rocket belt and want to snowball then Morellos is currently one of the best options.
