Neeko would make a great jungle champ if buffed in the jungle

Neeko has a great kit and theme for jungling. Just imagine the mind games! Imagine lane ganking disguised as a scuttle ward or minion!

Here are the supposed changes. They tried buffing her in the past but she still clears super slow and takes a lot of damage.

So I came up with tweaks to her kit to incentivize juggling and make her kit a have a little more "combos".

Passive Inherent Glamour:

  • Can now disguise as a scuttle ward.
  • Can now choose to disguise as am entire jungle camp. (but can't move)

Q - Blossoming Burst

  • New effect- When hitting a rooted target
    • Deals 0.5% of the targets max hp up to 1.5% (up to a cap) (could scale would need testing)
    • Cooldown is reduced by 1 seconds when hitting rooted target. (triggers only once per cast)

W - Shapesplitter

Passive changes:

  • When attacking the same champion or large/epic monster gain ramping attack speed.
  • Each proc of W passive reduces cooldown of other abilities by 1 second.
  • When proceed it marks the target with CHAMELEON's PREY.

Active changes:

  • When cast in jungle or river clone lasts longer.
  • Clone will now can be used to double cast Q or E (not just the animation)
  • When casting Q or E it will always aim the attack towards the target marked with CHAMELEON's PREY.
  • Hitting the same target consumies the mark dealing this abilities on-hit damage and reduces this abilities cooldown by 20%.

E- Tangle-Barbs

  • Now roots maximum duration when hitting a Large monster.
  • Casting while disguised roots for full duration.

I'm sure some of these effects could be moved around but this is the general idea. I want to highlight Neeko's jukes and slipperyness. Emphizing her W as a juke/ fakeout ability. She can still use it as an escape tool if she didn't put a mark on a champion with W's new passive.
