I accidentally physically hurt my bf and now he refuses to talk to me
We've been together for three months. Before him, I had never been with a man, never went further than kissing because I thought this moment should be reserved for someone I was in love with.
Anyways, with that being said, I don't necessarily understand how things work down there, and how sensitive and delicate it is. I couldn't measure my strength and, during a normal conversation with him about an unrelated topic, I laughed at a statement and finger-flicked his penis.
Unfortunately, I ended up hurting him. I apologised immediately, offered him water and promised to never do that again. He basically just left my house saying he was mad at me, that I physically assaulted him and that he didn't want to solve anything right now.
I said I wanted to solve things so we could move on together and leave this behind, but he insisted he was in way too much pain to accept apologies right now.
I really am sorry for what I've done, but I wish he would be more open to talking and solving everything out as soon as possible, so we don't go to bed mad at eachother. How should I approach him about it?
UPDATE: Thought this post might need an update as it took proportions I wasn't expecting.
So, we both went to sleep. Today, we talked and I apologised once again, understood his boundaries and agreed to not ever do that again. It's all alright now.
Also, to everyone saying things like I'm way too young to be involved with a man 7 years older than me, I agree on that, but he showed to be respectful in many other ways (won't get into details, but he is very supportive of me). In my country, age gaps like this are culturally accepted, and when analysing a context we should never discard the cultural and temporal aspect of it.
But yeah, I hope my relationship works out, obviously, but I don't discard the possibility that our age gap may be an aggravating factor. With that being said, thank you for the concern, I will keep every advice in mind
