S22+ lag/stutter plus screen burn in

I have an exynos S22+ and I experience many istances of lag and stutter throughout normal use, for example sometimes pulling down the notification/control panel, when restarting the phone, during certain animations and even in games such as genshin impact with low settings.

I'm running OneUI 6 but I also had that in previous versions.

This can't be normal on a 2024 (2022) flagship device. Are other people experiencing this too? I see mixed posts, about 50% of them say they also have a ton of lag, the other 50% says no lag at all, so what gives?

Did I, somehow, get unlucky in the chip lottery? From my experience I don't think it's simply a matter of exynos/snapdragon, sure exynos may be slightly worse but not 5-10 years-worth-of-power worse.

Without mentioning I also got screen burn in, not only it burned in part of the status bar but i also have a few icons of an app ingrained in the screen. (Does anyone else reading this have it and does Samsung replace the screen with their warranty?)

I like android/oneui/samsung phones and I wish them to be good but it seems they're still not on par with the competition after all. I previously had an iPhone for 5 years and used every last part of it until the battery basically completely consumed itself and the screen cracked, I even had jailbreak on it, I never experienced the above mentioned problems on it.

I also experienced a similar thing 10 years ago when I also switched from an iPhone to a galaxy S4, the lag was terrible and not long after I had to switch back. The situation is definitely better now, but still present. As I said I like the functionality and freedom of these devices, I really want them to be good but they're just not on the same level of smoothness, optimization and quality. I don't like iOS' restrictive environment but this is not acceptable at this price range and I'll definitely think twice before buying more series S in the future.

Sorry for the small rant I guess, but there's truth and lies in both iPhone and Android fanboys.

I want to know your experiences.
