Osteopenia supplements?

Due to milk protein allergy and supplementing with magnesium the last few years, I’ve (f) had an awful amount of bone loss.

I’ve started supplementing with biological calcium a few weeks ago and my levels are now fine. I’ve also added K2 and vitamin d - and trace minerals in my supplements.

Overall I’m pretty healthy. My diet is 80 percent clean/non processed foods and I’m quite active. I don’t smoke and I don’t drink a lot either. I’m in my late 30s and I’m pretty confident I can reverse this with time and dedication (according to science resistance training is the best way).

But, the doctor wants to prescribe calcigran forte. What’s your experience with this? I’m skeptical but want to hear other people’s perspectives.
