PC keeps restarting during games

It happens randomly during games. Sometimes after an hour, sometimes within 5 minutes. It's happened while on Cyberpunk 2077 and Halo Infinite. My wired headphones also cut out when I start games, and I've been using wireless ones. The headphone issue used to happen with the same PC a few years ago, and it eventually turned out that the power supply was dying. Replacing it fixed everything, but now I'm wondering what are the odds that I got a second dying power supply, or if the GPU has an issue. Any way to figure out whether its the PSU or GPU?
