Discovering Taiwan: A July Adveture 🍃

My family and I went on a 5-day, 4-night trip to Taiwan last July. There were four of us on this trip. Honestly, I went without any expectations. I just booked this trip because of the BDO travel sale 😂

I’ll be sharing below our itinerary and expenses:

💵 EXPENSES:

Hotel: PHP 10,000 (per head)

Flight: PHP 10,900 (via EVA Air with 30kg checked baggage)

Travel Tax: PHP 1,620

Sim + EasyCard: PHP 1,415 (good for 5 days)

Klook Tour: PHP 1,456

Shopping & Food: PHP 16,000

TOTAL EXPENSES:

PHP 41,391

The budget could be lower, to be honest. My mom wanted to splurge on the accommodation, and I also went above my shopping budget, lol.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I fell in love with the place — the beautiful natural sceneries, efficient transportation, delicious food, and vibrant night markets. The list could go on and on. The only downside was the humidity. Otherwise, it was a fantastic trip. I can’t wait to come back and solo travel here in the future!
