Are there resource guides to help you improve the specific domain tasks listed on the PMP certification results?
Thanks to info from this subreddit, I passed with a AT/AT/AT(!), which came as a shock based on my test experience on the day.
However, I would still like to work on the things I scored low on--at least to see if it was just flubbing test answers, misunderstanding the language, or an actual blind spot.
Per my test report that's
People:
- 04 - Empower Team Members and Stakeholders
- 06 - Build a Team
and
Process:
- 01 - Execute Process with Urgency Required to Deliver Business Value
- 11 - Plan and Manage Procurement
- 14 - Establish Project Governance Structure
- 17 - Plan and Manage Project/Phase Closeout and Transitions
Trying to see if there is an easy way to isolate these areas to maximize the work not done at the last responsible moment in order to earn value and whatnot.
