Caribbean Medical Schools

Please don't come at me, I understand that Caribbean Medical Schools for the most part are not well reputed.

However, I am wondering, how hard is it to go to a Carribean school, and match back into Canada for noncompetitive/in demand specialties such as family medicine? I have no issue doing family medicine.

I'm from Ontario, and getting in here looks impossible. If I don't become a doctor, I know i will regret it for the rest of my life, but at the same time I want to live in Canada (I don't mind doing my education out of Canada, but I want to come back and practice here)

Any advice?
