Do EU pharma/med devices companies offer co-op to reg affairs students studying at US universities?

I am a reg affairs student in my first semester and as part of our curriculum, we can opt for a co-op/ work experience during our course. I have an interest in specialising in EU market reg affairs and was wondering if there are any opportunities for foreign students to gain work experience at EU locations of pharma or med devices companies?
