Lulu's makes a white chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake and I have to say, it's the best god damn dessert I've ever put in my face. I own a food truck, and want to first say that in no way do I plan on using this recipe for any means beyond my own personal satisfaction and to impress my significant other. I'm a trained baker, and have worked in Savannah food industry for a little over a decade. With how much work running my own business has been, I hardly ever have time or energy to go downtown to Lulu's to satisfy my intense carnal desires.
